According to the 2008 NAR Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, 87% of all home buyers and 94% of buyers between the ages of 25 and 44 used the internet in the home buying process.  Additionally, 90% of sellers said that their home was listed and or advertised online, making the data available to these online buyers incredibly comprehensive and valuable.
